His eyes were amused as he glanced about the room and the chaos that had begun to break out. It always made for an excellent and interesting time when a good barfight broke out. However Aurin’s attention remained fixed easily upon his tablemate. She seemed much more interesting than the slowly building confrontation.
He returned the favor, leaning forwards in return to talk towards her as the noise level began to increase. “Quite negotiable,” He replied in a light tone of voice. “However, I’m willing to start generous enough. Say, a 50 silvers for the trouble. 10 silvers each of the henchmen, there should be a few at least. Payment in full at the end of the little mission. We can work out something up front if you prefer though.”, a flickered smile crossed his features as he added. “And its always good sense to have a few friends along on any mission like this.”
Well most Templars wouldn’t be interested in her, of course Aurin isn’t like most Templars. A flicker of a smile come to his face. It was a wolfish expression that sharpened the eyes and showed just a hint of teeth, not quite predatory but inviting none the less.
“Swordlady, I can think of several reasons why I’d want a woman like you.”, Aurin commented just before he knocked back the remains of his drink. He didn’t quite reach of the bottle again though, not yet. It was down to business. “I’m not quite as pious my friend who happens to be waiting outside. That much piety tends to frighten people off you know. So there are one or two of us more comfortable ones like me around who sleep through the Chant.”
A glance was cast towards the fistfight before he smirked slightly and turned his attention back to the warrior-woman as he waited on her answer. The barfight that was slowly expanding near them seemed to bother the Templar not at all.
He ducked as a mug whistled low over his head, knocked from a combatants hand as the battle escalated and more tables were drawn into it. His attention never wavered from Imenry however, blue eyes staying fastened on the woman to see her reaction to his words.
