Coan Bryland ; the ferelden noble (coan) wrote in thedas,
"No, I've sent everything off, now." Coan was in somewhat better spirits than he had been before, likely due to his over emotional outbursts when talking to Talfryn. What ever it was, he'd gotten over his funk, or at least seemed to, having written the necessary letters and sending his cousin's arms back to his father. "I wont have time to go myself, so. It's best that I just had them sent off."
"It's good that you've gotten to it, then." He was sitting with the Arl now, continuing the conversation they hadn't been able to have when he first arrived. It looked, though, like they were to be interrupted again, as the seneschal came to the door of Teagan's study.
"My lord. Warden." He waited until he was nodded into the room. "There seems to be an urgent matter that requires your attention, m'lord."
"What is it?"
"The squire didn't say much, just that a young templar from the Wardens' party delivered a message that the Enchanter and Johann were coming from the docks."
Coan frowned, glancing toward the Arl, curious to see if he was as confused as he was. "Nothing more?"
"The Templar seemed hurried." Teagan rose then, gesturing for Coan to follow along, the seneschal stepping aside as they passed through the door. Before they could get to the main hall, they were approached by the second squire.
"Ser Warden." He stopped his haste, taking a moment to catch his breath and afford a quick bow to his lord. "Ser Ronain sent me to find the Wardens. The Enchanter and-"
"They've already been informed, squire." The seneschal interrupted, somewhat rudely. "Go find the others," Coan added, not wanting the young man's trip to be wasted, unaware the Signy was already with the Enchanter and whoever this Johann was.
"This Johann isn't one of your companions, I'm assuming?" He was asked by the Arl as they stepped out of the castle, only shaking his head in response as they stood to the side on the stairs, waiting patiently for those who they were told were making an approach.
