Johann shook her head at Signy, smiling all the same. "Times like these, I'll take the silly things when I can get 'em. You girls are plenty kind offering your help, and it's not going to make things any better for the folks back home if I spend all my time here mopin' and brooding about, is it." She patted Signy's shoulder fondly and let her tired arm drop as they kept walking throught the square. "So yeah, hornets are pretty common, and the sting ain't so bad, it's just when a lot of 'em sting at once that you'd better get worried."
She switched topics abruptly, curious about this little whisp of a dwarf. "How's the fresh air been treating you, honey?" And with a second thought, glanced back at the human mage and her bare feet and smiled a little broader. "And you too, I think. You could stand a little more sun."
