That all depends on who is leader, and who is a follower. I myself had a team that followed my lead without question. Of course, they expected certain things from me, which I delivered. It was all based on trust. Something like that could work, but getting people to trust when we're apparently all from different multiverses or pocket dimensions, or what have you, that isn't going to be easy.
