A wizard stood from the back row and a murmur quickly runs through the crowd. Almost everyone recognized John Dawlish, and knew he was the head of the Aurors. Beside him was Gawain Robards, his superior.
"Mister Malfoy," he drawled. "I admit to being somewhat puzzled, personally, about your choice of venues to unveil these fascinating images and your claims.
"Now, I'm not particularly concerned with backwards practices in the Urals and the Caucauses, we've all seen those in pictures from Africa and the Americas. No, what I want to know about is your claim, Mr. Malfoy, that in certain countries the wizards are conspiring with the government to violate the International Statue of Secrecy of 1692."
Dawlish leaned forward and rested his hands on the chair-back in front of him.
"Mister Malfoy, do you expect the Ministry to take steps?"
