Jordan & Evie
With everything that was going on, Evie hadn't really felt like going to any kind of a party or celebrating. There was just too much on her mind and too much trouble happening in the town -- and in her life -- for her to have thought about anything fun.
However, when Adrian had cornered her and told her about the party and why he was throwing it, how could she say no? A birthday party for a girl who had been pulled here and had gone through a lot? Evie's heart wouldn't allow her to say no. After all, maybe she could come up with better ideas if she took a break and tried to make the night special for someone.
She'd gone up to her bedroom in the apartment and quickly changed into a blue -- of course blue -- and red dress and went down to the party.
She'd been speaking to a few people she had just met when she turned her head and caught sight of someone she hadn't expected to see in this place. Excusing herself, she made her way over to the young woman, tilting her head.
