who: Trish & Albus
what: Examining Albus and investigating this strange magical absence. And tea.
where: Clinic
when: [backdated] Thursday afternoon, sometime after his entry.
Sorting out the clinic had been, at the very least, a curse and a blessing. It had felt good, of course, having everything cleaned and organized (and finally dust-free). Yet, it had left her with rather empty days. Not that she could be particularly sad that there hadn't been anybody knocking down her door needing a healer, she did feel particularly useless when she wasn't needed in the kitchen. Needless to say, the clinic had been reorganized a time or two. Albus's predicament had, at the very least, given her something to focus on. Shortly after their exchange in his journal, she walked across the way to the library. She returned with a stack of books covering a wide array of magical (and non-magical) illnesses. They were set on the table in room just off the front door. She didn't think she'd ever really have need of a waiting room, so she used it as her office, or general place for people to come and have tea. She couldn't properly decide. Perhaps both. At the very least, she had the kettle on, the smell of the tea in the air. A warm scent of black tea she had added cinnamon and orange peel to -- raided from the diner's spice pantry. A cup of her own sat next to the open book on the table before her, already forgotten about. |
