Jana stared up at him, eyes large and dark, teeth biting into the full flesh of her lower lip for a moment before she reached out, resting her hand against his forearm, over the armor there. "Who else will take my word? Or the word of any other elves? I'm sure those women will speak out. But who else will hear them? If we take that proof to someone else, will it stop this?"
Dropping her hand she sighed softly, as if realizing all the things she hadn't thought of in her mad dash for some sort of action to be taken. Could men like these nobles truly be stopped? Would saving these women only condemn others to their fate? "We'd help the most by getting rid of the whole operation. But how do we do that? We'd have to make it so they no longer wanted to do such things to the elves... without hurting the elves. Or giving others a reason to hurt the elves." Her brows furrowed. "The man who told me is plenty careless with what he says in front of me. After all... why should he care what I know?" Her gaze flickered up to the Templar. "But that still doesn't give us any real proof. Just my word."
She stepped closer to him, her large eyes imploring. "How do we stop them? I need your help... please."
