IC/OOC: Interrogation WHO: Kit Ghezzi & the Charlie Tango Team WHAT: Interrogation and debriefs WHEN: Friday afternoon, following this WHERE: Auror offices
Greg Wilson & Martin Kennedy Once awoken, the two goons from the warehouse don't really have much to share. They are simply hired wands. They provide security for some shady clients, but don't tend to get their hands dirty. They aren't paid to ask questions. They are paid to protect the goods. They can't speak too much about the who they were hired by, but they can confirm it was probably not entirely above the level -- but the pay was good. What they do know is that the product was moved out earlier this morning when one of the guys came through looking really worried. From what they can tell, something cause the timeline to be expedited. One of the coworkers have been working a gig for this same group up in the Bronx.
Bryan Simmons The man who was being strangled in the office is Bryan Simmons. After being disarmed, he didn't resist arrest or transport. However, during transport to the office, Simmons was able to trigger a obliviation charm (similar to a cyanid capsule) which wipes his memory of anything in the past week. It's not permanent and presumably could be undone by an obliviator with enough skill.
Thomas McLean Once back in the office, the field team is able to confirm the identification of the older man as Thomas McLean. He is 81 and the owner of an artifacts shop out on long island. Assuming someone will pull his file, they will uncover that it was signed out to Grant Levi and Ben McMullen earlier this week. He has been missing (so you found him!). The team will also find a report about an explosion that occurred at the store on Monday. As for the investigation, McLean isn't a good source. Even once basic healing was performed, he is delirious and in agony. He keeps repeating, "That poor, poor girl. You have to find the girl! Or else..." Even when redirected, nothing more substantial comes from him.
