Who: Donna Noble, Six and whomever else wants to join What: Finally venturing outside. Where: Outside in the snowy tundra When: After they land and things start to calm down Warnings: Possibly language?
The Doctors were busy chasing after the Master, Donna knew that. They could take care of him, but she knew that they had landed somewhere. And honestly, it was just too much for her to handle. Being near the out and not being able to go? So eventually she just said screw it and went to the control room. The poor poor control room. She didn't touch anything, she just felt awful. Maybe the doors wouldn't even open. Holding her breath and hoping that it opened, it finally did.
And then Donna got hit in the face by a blast of freezing air. Oh right. The girl Doctor said she had been trapped here in the icy tundra. Donna wondered if there were ood. Plus someone needed to go and get the girl doctor. So Donna rummaged, found her very large winter coat and boots and then finally headed outside. Once she was in the snow, she couldn't help but let out a little happy yelp. Yay they were somewhere else.
Maybe she shouldn't have gone off by herself, but she was too excited to wait for someone. Plus she could handle herself. Honest. She trudged through the snow, trying not to mind the cold so much. She knew when to turn around and go home. But she was so curious. There were caves, and then possibly where the girl Doctor was staying, so she decided to try and find her way over that way towards where there was smoke in the distance. She was talking towards there when there was this noise. The noise of something kind of growling.
She stopped in her tracks and looked around. Totally white except for the blue police box. At least she could still see it. Tentatively she took another step and that's when she saw it. Or heard it. Whatever it was. She had only been outside for about fifteen minutes or so when it came around the corner.
It was massive. Four or five times her size. The size of a building. And there wasn't just one. Good god. It was big and hairy and the only word she really had for it was Yeti. Though sure, they were on a different planet and that meant that this was some alien lifeform and if she was thinking, she could actually tell you which one it was. Though she couldn't do much. Instead with a bit of a scared yelp of her own, Donna went sprinting, running quite away from them as they growled and chased her. She ran into snow drift and tumbled a bit, but she was okay. One of the Yeti's took a swipe at her but she narrowly missed her. If she was scratched up, well that was okay. She'd fix it.
One of them growled again and it was so so very close. Donna ran as fast as she could.
