Who: Tempus / The Doctor and OPEN
When: Wednesday evening
Where: Glyph tent and then the rest of the Shifting Bazaar
What: Investigating
Warnings: TBD
The Doctor hadn't spent much time in the TARDIS since they had landed. No, he had things on his mind. Things that needed to be dealt with, precautions to take. He had an entire ship of people to worry about, people from another universe who were trapped in a very dangerous place. There were things Tempus needed know, things he had to find out and that was going to take a slight walk around. So far he had been to his usual spots, spoken to the usual people. And in doing so he had found out something very sinister. Orientia had a visitor. A very strange one too. She was known as the old Ebon woman who ran a glyph tent at the Dark Arches. Why she was in Orientia was of great concern and curiosity to the Doctor.
He made sure to get the right directions and made his way there. It wouldn't be too hard to miss really, he was sure of that. Still, how he disliked the Shifting Bazaar. It moved too much for the ageing Time Lord and he hadn't really bothered to memorise the patterns yet, if there were any at all.
At last he came to a side alley. And there it was. That same dark clothed tent, it's interior shrouded in dark shadows. Only a single light shone from within. She was there... it had to be her. Making his way across, he opened the tents flap and made his way inside. It was a small tent but there were a lot of items. On a wooden table, lay a spread of strange looking cards with odd symbols on them. Glyph cards. Behind the table, mounted on the walls, were various Ebb devices. And behind the table, stood the old woman, her face shrouded by the shadow of her hood. But there was something wise and mystical about her very presence. Perhaps it was all in the stories, as few as there were, they stayed in a persons mind.
Tempus remained silent, simply smiling as he watched her. She remained perfectly still.
