Dan placed the mug down and shook the other man's hand. He took note of how he moved in, the way he shook his hand, all the little things that went with his gesture were mentally noted and sub consciously calculated. "Right. Mark. Such a short name... so memorable" he said, taking his hand back. He took another cup down and picked his up, placing them nearer the kettle.
"That would be great, cheers" he said with a smile before he started preparing the mugs, adding tea bags and waiting for the kettle to boil. While he waited, he took out a pack of cigarettes and took one out, lighting it. "You're the lawyer, right?" he asked with a smirk, watching him. "Human rights" he added, making sure he remembered. Details about people, fine. He got those. Names? Not his strong suite.
