He inflicts terror on people in order to assert control, he is not only cruel, but mad as well," James said as he finished up a fresh slice of Helga's bread.
"In my time they killed many, and if not controlled it will only escalate. However if some sort of order was established here, some sort of law, it may be enough to deter people such as this man from taking over and terrorizing the citizens of the Nexus. I realize you do not know much about many of the people here from my time, but if you have questions about them, I'd be more than happy to answer as best I can," James offered.
