ENTRY WAY OUTSIDE OF THE GREAT HALL
Alecto smiled brightly at him and took the offered arm, after she curtsied in reply. "You look rather handsome yourself, Lucius." she smiled again and nodded gently. "I was not waiting long. I feared I had kept you waiting." she watched people go past them with a look of judgement in her eyes. She'd judge everyone without a second thought to keep herself from saying something ridiculous.
Once she took his arm she nodded. "Let us, then." She pondered her friendship with Lucius - and smiled. It was rare she enjoyed the company of people other than her brother. There were a couple lucky ones in her House and it made her feel better that she would be enjoying the night with someone she could hold conversations with. Instead of someone she merely tolerated. Alecto leaned close for a moment, with a wry smile on her lips. "I should have worn my corset, it would have gone much better with your outfit." before righting herself and continuing inside. She was known to be a terrible flirt when the mood struck.
