Lily had been ecstatic when Molly had agreed to skip their afternoon Charms class. That was usually one of her favorite classes but today, she just wasn't feeling it. She knew being down about everything wasn't the healthiest option, but she felt like moping a little bit more. One more day and that's it, she thought to herself as she climbed the stairs up to her dorm room. It seemed like she had beat her fellow roommate and flopped on her bed, an arm dramatically thrown over her eyes. When would Gryffindor finally get their due?
She rolled over on her stomach, her head propped up with her hands, absent mindedly staring at the door, waiting for Molly to talk in. Her thoughts turned to the dance that the Malfoy's had and the rumor of their honored guest. She had hoped the list and this new group had just been rumors, nothing more, but with this recent appearance it was hard to push it to the side so easily. James, Remus, and Sirius had been there, seeing him for themselves. They joked around quite a lot, but this was a serious matter. They wouldn't lie about this.
