"Don't worry, Adelaide. You'll be able to see me in all my glory soon enough."
They walked only a bit further, before he felt himself being tugged in closer, Adelaide's voice filling the small area. It was strangely rewarding for Dominic, to be able to quite so close to her.
As well as to have finally admitted his own feelings, which before now he had been denying without fail.
"Where in a tunnel." Dominic knew she had all too likely guessed that much for herself, and chose to not elaborate any further. Slowly, he drew to a stop and shrugged his own cloak off, and it was only after he draped it over her considerably smaller frame, that he spoke and began to walk once again.
"Not at all. We'll be out of here soon enough, and somewhere nice and warm."
