Re: Dominic/Adelaide
Happiness was quick to bubble up, expanding like a balloon in his chest cavity. Were they the only people in each other's hearts? It was a silly thing for 'Skirt-chaser-Dom' to think about, and yet...
He cared about her. It was that simple and that complicated. "I should have I know..."
"It's nothing, just annoyed Amycus is all." He said quickly, hands patting against her shoulder's, while a smile graced his lips. He stood for a moment longer, watching in silence as she pulled his hands down, holding them in her own.
Which were much smaller then his, just like everything about her. Adelaide was a Pureblood, and yet she was so far from the rest Dominic knew. It had been one of the reason's he had teased her, one of the reasons he liked her.
For a second, she frowned, as if troubled by her own request, and then a smirk flickered into place, and Dominic felt the edges of his lips curving up higher in response. "That would be lovely."
Which was the honest truth, underneath the moonlight, and stars.
Carefully, he slipped one hand free, while the other clasped hold of her's and lifted it up higher. The proper dancing posture.
"Don't let your heels get the better of you." He teased, and spun her around.
