He really was a shy kid. She glanced over, really taking the time to study him. If he wasn't so unsure of himself he would be an attractive young man. His stuttering was something to be worked on, but there was potential there. Perhaps that was something his brother saw in him, but it needed a little push.
"Well I'm happy to hear it was fine," she said, another smile. "Potions has never been an easy subject for me. A fascinating one, but I struggle with that more than any of my other classes. I do enjoy Charms though. The complexity of coming up with my own unique spell, learning to perfect it." It made her think of the spell she was suppose to be learning and perfecting to prove to Lucius she could be a member of the Death Eaters. It had been more complicated than she had hoped for, but she had been practicing, in secret.
"Tell me Rabastan, I do not really know you, yet you interest me. What other things are you fond of? Other than classes of course." It seemed the blunt way was what she could offer easiest and perhaps he would be so taken aback he would only answer truthfully. She did want to know more about him, but she figured he was a harder nut to crack. Usually she would take her time in getting to know a new "friend", but time was not in her favor. She wanted him to ask her to the Malfoy Ball so she could show up, a smirk on her face when she took one look at Rodolphus. Yes, that would be very sweet indeed.
