"Not so bad, really." He said, shrugging dismissively. It seemed that Dominic found such distaste to be of little worth, which was actually the truth; at times, the twins did seem oddly close, however he envied that, though he would never admit that much. "Least you can count on each other."
Dominic was still uncertain of the other wizard, however he was not strictly afraid of him, or scared in the least. It took a lot to prompt such a response from him, and the glare only made him smirk wider.
"Oh no. I do wish to, it's just that it has been put off, as I have been, well, distracted by other concerns." At the other question, Dominic straightened up, leaning forward on the bed and fixing his gaze back onto the other, one brow arched.
"Didn't Alecto tell you about it? But--well, it was kind of private. I wasn't sure how much anyone would appreciate our little talk..." Dominic shrugged. "Plus, well, I didn't realize just how you felt about him, at that time."
It was hard to put Dominic off, yes, and yet this second and abrupt shift in the conversation gave him pause and he wearily looked around the room, then back to Amycus.
"Well...I thought you were a bit of an arse. Stuck in your books, and close off. But the more I see, the more I know I was wrong. You're not a bad bloke."
