Amycus wasn't the only one struggling against their temper. Nothing could have been more of a lie than the smile on Rodolphus' face in that instant. Of course he wanted to tear Amycus' head off but he was also working on controlling his temper. He was working on controlling himself. His lack of it had gotten him into far too much trouble lately.
"Why in the world would someone do that to you?" He asked, sitting on the edge of his desk with his hands braced on the surface where his wand sat against the spine of his journal just in case.
