Amycus had been very careful to not let Rodolphus find out where he was going until right before he left Lestrange Manor. He knew it was childish of him but he hadn't been able to resist the temptation of letting it slip that he was off to see Bellatrix. His glee at remembering the look on Rodolphus' face at the news was dampened somewhat by the concern that Rodolphus would take his frustrations out on Rabastan. All he could do about that now was hope Alecto would be able to keep Rodolphus from doing anything too cruel to Rabastan.
He rang the doorbell again, suddenly impatient to be inside where he and Bella could talk and he could try to forget his worries for a little while. There was also the fact that he wanted to ask her about setting up an opportunity to introduce Rabastan to their Lord. He wasn't looking forward to that at all, wanting to protect Rab from that. He just didn't think his friend would be happy as a Death Eater but he'd promised to try and set a meeting up and he had never broken a promise to his friend.
He looked up as the door open, his irritation at having to wait gone as he took in his friends appearance. "All right?" he asked, pushing past her into the house.
