In accordance with the Ministry of Magic's Regulation of the Treatment of Witches and Wizards, along with Code 1A of the Muggleborn Decree, the Wizengamot High Council will assemble to review your case of Kidnapping from Hogsmeade Wizarding Village on the 26th of February, 1977.
A full hearing will be conducted on 12 March, 1977, at approximately 9 am in Courtroom Nine. Albus Dumbledore, Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot, will act as your Representation for this case. If you are feeling well enough to be present, you may offer your version of events at that time.
