Severus/Narcissa/Lucius "I need another pewter cauldron since those dunderheads decided to melt mine." Severus was, of course, referring to the incident in Potions a long time ago that saw the bloody Marauders tossing in a stray ingredient which caused his potion to be ruined. He'd been using a loaner from Professor Slughorn since then, saving up to replace it since.
"Well, anyway, where would you like to head next?" he enquired, handing over the galleons and watching as the proprietor wrapped up his purchase. When the transaction was over, he turned to Narcissa and led the way out, holding the door for her as his eyes wandered up and down the street. Surely she wouldn't want to go to any of those ridiculous shops... again he felt himself hoping against the reality that she would want to do something fancy and pretty. But for her sake, he held back any remarks that he might have made, fascinated with himself and how restrained he was now that he had Narcissa's attention as more than just... what were they, anyway? He shook off the thought and looked back to her for guidance.
