Her eyes moved to Clint at the reassurance. "Well," she responded, dryly, "at least you acknowledge that much." Merlin. She normally had a front row seat to some of the woman they'd picked up respectively and, at this point, she didn't even ask anymore where they'd found them. She was pretty sure she didn't want to know. That had always been the difference between the three of them. Lexi dated and perhaps had a week or two fling, but Ade and Clint trolled. It was just what they did.
It didn't surprise her at all that he tended not to bring them home. It was a strange image to image him waking up snuggled up with anyone, let alone a random. "Please, your den of iniquity is probably the safest place for my honour," she commented, "and he knows it." Dean didn't comment on Clint very much anymore, less the one currently beside her pushed too far. It was just another argument that went no where. Sooner or later they'd just learn to deal with the others presence.
Finishing off her beer, she turned her stool to face him. "Well, I suppose I have a date with a blanket and a book." She wasn't planning to hang around much longer here and her plans for the rest of the evening weren't so bad. It was a common occurance and she didn't mind. When else did she have the time to catch up on her reading.
