Adrian didn't think it was that bad ... granted the more he thought about it the more he realized that they did spend a lot of time playing their respective games. Never seemed like that much when you were involved, but that was the nature of the beast, he supposed. "You know you're one of the few woman who can call and we come running," he teased, amused at her pout. Merlin knew, Lexi hated other woman in their little group, even for the span of a few hours. Spoiled, she was, though that was likely as much their fault as hers.
Clint's comment earned a smirk and his eyes moved to follow the progression of the brunette. His eyes locked on hers as she moved closer. As she moved to pass him, their eyes locked, a heated look moving between them before she scurried past him and his eyes returned to Clint and Lexi, a smug smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
Standing, he finished off his glass of whiskey and placed the empty glass back on the bar. "Looks like like my que," he chuckled, bidding them both farewell, before slipping into the crowd to follow after his little white rabbit.
