Adrian decided to let the brunette stew in her own thoughts and indecision for a few moments, standing perhaps a little closer to Lexi than he otherwise would have. With his hand sitting low on her back he was amused by how beneficial it was to have an attractive female as a friend. Came in handy in all sorts of ways. He also knew she'd likely punch him for that thought, so it was wisely kept to himself.
"You underestimate me, love," he chuckled, "it's likely because you spend far too much time away from where you belong. You should probably work on that. How else are you suppose to keep up with us?" Before he said it, he knew she was going to have an affronted retort so when it came, he smirked and shot her a wink; a show for both her and the pretty brunette watching.
"I don't know," he considered, finally taking a glance back toward the woman currently being worked toward Adrian's ultimate goal. She's debating. It might stretch to eight, at the most."
