Katie was mildly disappointed when he slid out of bed but she didn't really have time to register it as her mind was floating all over the place. "Kay," she murmured, sitting back up. She leaned up and brushed a kiss to his cheek before flopping back down on the bed. "I'll remind you." Katie really was very interested in Marcus Flint. Whether she knew it or not, he fascinated her and she was definitely attracted to him. Mind you, she was trying to not feel that way but really, when she had to see him nearly every day? It was hard to forget that. Sighing, she rolled over on her stomach, stretching her long legs out and pulling the covers over her shoulders.
Letting out a contented sigh that would be much more earnest if she had a warm body to snuggle up to, her mind drifted in and out, barely catching his last words. Her hand reached out and gave his hand a squeeze, opening her mouth to thank him but all he got was a loud sigh, her hand falling away and sleep hitting her like a ton of bricks.
Bludger padded into the room, looking mildly offensive that he was awake and had been awoken. He nudged Marcus with his hand before resting half his body on the bed, his back legs on the floor and passing right out. Katie woke up briefly to glance down at the new weight but was instantly asleep before her head could move back to the pillow. Embarrassment would, more than likely, plague her in the morning and she actually did turn up to practice an hour late.
