Katie watched with amusement as the host had the woman removed. It was... strange, to say the least. Katie had pull in a lot of circles but she didn't use it. Ever. She'd never do something like that. In fact, she felt a little bad for the woman even if she did deserve it. It wasn't as though Katie was doing anything wrong. Still, she shook her head and looked back at Marcus. So this is what purebloods did. They hung out at classy restaurants and threw their power around. It was... unappealing. She idly rubbed her foot up and down the leg of the table, not realizing it was Marcus's leg. She wondered what the Pucey's would think about all this. If they'd want her around. Honestly, she didn't know if she wanted to be around... She'd never fit in and she really didn't want to cause Adrian anymore stress than was necessary.
Taking another sip of her whiskey, she studied the man across from her. She didn't really know the society Marcus Flint. She knew Quidditch Marcus. They were different. She had to admit, though, sitting across from him, she didn't mind enjoying his good looks. He was handsome and his eyes... bloody hell. Should be illegal for a man to be put together like that.
"Any particular reason you chose this place?" she asked, wondering why he brought her here... She was surprised he'd want to be seen in a regular haunt of his with her. They were, essentially, the antithesis of each other. It didn't really make that much sense.
