She did drive him mental. Continuously. Perhaps that was the reason he indulged in whatever this was? Something different than the usual. He wasn't Ade and he didn't flat out enjoy working too hard for anything save Quidditch, but pursuing Bell had never seemed to bother him really. It was just one of those things that was habit forming. If they didn't have that, he was pretty sure that they wouldn't have anything.
He probably should have been concerned with the heat that always seemed to spring up beneath their kiss, but he was much too occupied with it to give it much thought. He enjoyed the way her body melded to hi, her height was close to his own and they aligned perfectly. His hand slipped a little lower, walking the line of appropriate and drew her flush against him.
Having her fingers hook into the belt loop of his pants had him smirking into the kiss. "Careful, Bell," he murmured, their lips brushing teasingly. "One might think you want to get into trouble."

Maybe that's where the underlying attraction came from. Their need to constantly battle it out with no regard to the other. They'd been doing it for years. It was hard to imagine them doing anything differently. She didn't mind it, not really. She liked fighting with him. It wasn't even fighting so much at this point. It was habit. The snogging? Now that was new and probably something she attempt to stop because turning that into a habit would create more drama then it was worth. He really couldn't be that great in bed. Of course, the kisses sort of belied that. They were toe-curling. She should probably work on that. Of course, that was hard to think about as her desire ratcheted up a couple of notches. Or ten.
So they'd only snogged a couple of time but it seemed to instantly get out of control. The heat and desire that flared between them surprised her. Yet, it made sense. Years of arguing and whatnot... there'd always been some sort of attraction simmering between them. She pressed closer, letting his hands guide her to him, feeling everything. It was... bloody brilliant. A tiny groan escaped her as their bodies pressed together.
His words amused her and she smiled against his lips. Pulling back, she raised a brow before leaning forward, catching the lobe of his ear between her teeth and tugging gently. "Didn't you know?" she murmured, lips finding the soft flesh of his neck. "I'm a Gryffindor. I'm always looking for trouble."
