Re: Clint/Lexi/Marcus/Katie
Katie wasn't exactly thrilled that she was housing her rivals in her flat. Especially Flint. Especially knowing that Flint and Lexi were sleeping together again. She tried to push that thought away as it was particularly disturbing. She really didn't want to think about it. Not when they'd nearly shagged a week ago. No... It was best if she just ignored the little flare of jealousy that had popped up. As Clint kept arguing with her, she threw her hands up and walked out, brushing by Lexi, giving her friend a shrug. "He wants me to make him breakfast and I figured you'd probably want him alive... of reasons that escape me but I decided to spare his life," she said, a slow smile spreading across her face. "I didn't think poisoning him would go over very well."
Rolling his eyes at her theatrics, he stiffened when Lexi appeared, moving out of the kitchen and putting the bar between them. He would get breakfast later. Much, much later. When he wasn't going to puke at the thought of Lexi and Marcus in bed together. "Time tends to move," he said, taking a drink of his black coffee. "Even when we sleep." Damn. He hated that she looked so bloody cute in her pajamas. She was rumpled and sexy as hell. She looked rested and satisfied... the look women usually had after a good night's tumble. He groaned, and put his head in his hands, especially when there was a loud shriek from the living room.
"There's shredded chicken all over my couch!" Katie screeched, feeling completely put upon. She hurled the bucket at Clint, hitting him in the head. "Clean it up before the dogs choke on the bones." Stomping off, she headed back upstairs, only to stop in her tracks at a half-naked, sleepy and rumpled Marcus Flint. "Bloody hell," she whispered, paling. That should NOT be allowed. Ever. Nowhere.
