She had to do something. Susan couldn't sit there and watch Seamus suffer. Her fingers tangled with his, holding his hand as tightly as she could. "Shhh, Seamus, love, you have to calm down." The thought of a banshee terrified her, but she knew what coming face to face with one would do to Seamus. They'd been together for three years and she'd been there through the nightmares and the stray Boggart they'd encountered. She knew his weakness and fears.
Leaning down, Susan pressed her lips against his forehead. "It can't kill you, Fin. It was just a creature."
