"Not when it comes to you!" She yelled back, hands still on his chest. "Never over you!" Her chest was heaving with suppressed emotion, which was impressive as she was currently expelling a lot. "And I've made a lot of mistakes but you weren't one of them!" Katie had had feelings for Oliver for a long time but never really considered that this would be happening between them. They'd been friends and teammates for far too long. If it didn't work out... They'd be through and that was horrible enough to keep her away and her mouth shut. But they'd crossed the line and there was no going back. The damage was more than done.
Katie groaned in sheer exasperation. "I don't even know Marcus," she said. They'd never be friends. There was too much there for them to even consider something so absurd. "I don't fancy him. Indidnt sleep with him." Course that was only because she'd passed out but she wasn't so sure Oliver needed to know that. She'd just wanted to get lost in something that would take her mind off wood and she knew Marcus could do that.
"Are you done yelling at me? I've already apologized so you can take it or not but its not going to change any of this."
