Adrian grinned, spinning her out before drawing her back to him in an easy manner. He enjoyed the fact that she matched him for every step or movement they made. It was nice not to have his dance partner stomping on his feet all evening. "I shudder to think of what it will be that you ask of me next," he responded, taking the moment to forget about the very irritating woman he'd been charged with charming. "Charity events and Santa Claus, I mean that's pretty dastardly."
He didn't mind the PR stuff. It was all part of the job and he particularly enjoyed when it involved working with children. It was nice not to have to read people and keep an eye out for ulterior motives. Children were simple in their innocence and it was a nice reprieve from the waters he was used to navigating. Even in Quidditch, there was always a need to keep a look out over your shoulder. There was always someone waiting for you to slip up.
Her approving nod had him smirking. "Well, the Quidditch scoundrel is but one side," he responded, unconcerned with what she possible thought of him. It was one side of him and it had it's purposes in both Quidditch and business. People often tended to underestimate you if they didn't take you seriously. It left a doors open to be manipulated appropriately.
