Checking her watch again, Susan sighed and slid down the wall of the lift until she was sitting. It was pointless to worry about how long they were going to be in there and she needed to sit to stop herself from taking a few steps and finding her way into his arms. The urge to curl up against his chest was still there. Susan wondered if it still had the ability to sooth all her worries.
"I suppose. I had dinner plans, but it looks like I'll be missing them." She looked up at Seamus, looking so uncomfortable to even be around her. The sight of it broke what was left of her heart. "You can relax, Fin. I'm not going to throw anything at you."
