Mandy was dressed to the nines for the Quidditch Gala. It was the first time she'd officially be on the arm of Oliver Wood as his actual date. It was a little nerve wracking what with his mother's appearance earlier in the week and the rather poetic gift he'd given her for Valentine's Day. The house key had been incredibly symbolic and she'd managed not to cry. They'd spent all morning making love and it had been... perfect. She'd mastered breakfast in bed for them both and Mandy had to admit that she was oddly surprised at how well they got along. It was nothing like her and Roger. There'd been a lot of disappointed looks within that relationship and Mandy was so happy this was nothing like that.
Dressed in a beautiful, short blue dress, Mandy's long hair was straight and loose, and she sipped champagne while Oliver made his rounds, talking to everyone in sight. He knew everyone and everyone wanted to talk to him. It amused her, to see this side of him. Currently he and Katie Bell were waving to each other across the room and that had Mandy raising a brow. Bell was... stunning in her long gown but she was also on the arm of Marcus Flint. She and Oliver were mouthing things to each other and Mandy had to admit that their friendship was strange but it worked. She supposed it was no different then her and Roger.
When he came back over, she smiled, sliding an arm around his waist and leaning up to brush a kiss to his lips. "You look so handsome tonight," she murmured. "I love seeing you in your tartan." It really did make her all hot and bothered.
