Clint knew her fears and anxieties ran deep and he wanted her to fix them. He wanted her to move past that so they could start something together that would be... wonderful. Not filled with fear and doubt and anxiety. He reached out, taking her hand in his and idly rubbed his thumb over the back of her hand. "I get that," he said, watching her. She looked so dejected and so down on herself and he hated seeing her like that. He hated that she doubted herself and he didn't understand the full extent of it.
She had issues that she needed to deal with and he was hesitant with his next words but... maybe, it was something she'd consider. "I think you should talk to someone about... everything," he said, warily. "It could help?" She held so much inside and then all of her insecurities came tumbling out and he didn't know how to make it better and she wasn't dealing with it the way she should.
"You need to believe that," he said, sighing. "I love you. I don't want to leave you. I don't plan on ever leaving you. This is for life." He leaned forward, brushing a kiss to her forehead. "But you need to deal with everything and I am more than happy to help you... I just want you to be happy without worrying all the time and waiting for the other shoe to drop."
