Alright, so he was perhaps a little curious as to what it was she'd gone and done. Worried, as well, but that was beside the point. Bloody Valentine's day. Such a terrible holiday. Where was Halloween when you needed it. There was a good holiday. The perfect excuse for women to wear less clothing than normal and not have to worry about not fitting in. Favourite night of the year. He could definitely warm up to the idea of a french maid outfit waiting for him at home ... though, he highly doubted that's what she was hinting at.
He watched her stand, considering the length of her legs. Yep. She could definitely make that costume work. "I am impressive," he nodded, letting her haul him up, an arm snaking comfortably around her waist as she pressed her lips to his neck. "I'd have to be. That Gryffindor thing was bloody Mount Everest," he smirked, ignoring the comment about large breasts. He was more of a leg guy, anyway.
He didn't think much on it that when they apparated, they apparated straight back to his place and he wasn't all that surprised that everything she had bought was already there. She spent a good deal of time there, after all. He couldn't remember the last time the'd spent much time at her place. Snatching a chunky Snitch off the floor, he eyed the bouquet of Liquor and grinned. "So much better than chocolate."
With Snitch still caught in his arms and Bludger following along behind them, Marcus made it back to the living room where eventually, he gave in and gave Katie exactly what she wanted. Apparently, it was Valentine's day after all.
