Lexi couldn't help but giggle at Katie's reacting. Her giggles turned into laughing and she couldn't seem to stop. She was tired and drunk and the look on Katie's face was beyond priceless beneath the ridiculously smug look on Marcus'.She didn't care who denied what. Katie Bell appreciated what Marcus Flint had and it wasn't just because she was pissy with Oliver Wood. Bloody hilarious. Granted, she didn't think they'd find it so hilarious when news spread of them seen leaving together. Lexi, herself, was quite used to being tied to one or all of the boys and it didn't bother her anymore. The media was going to find a way to say what it wanted to regardless.
As the night came to an end, she decided it had turned out much better than she'd thought. She felt a million times better. It could have been the alcohol, but she was pretty sure it was the company. She also decided that she should never again play strip poker as it was clearly not her forte. Had she not been as inebriated as she was, she might have argued with Clint to put her down. She could still walk, after all. As it stood, however, she just snuggled up against his chest and muttered a night to Katie and Marcus and told them to practice safe sex.
She wasn't at all impressed when Clint set her down in her own room. She'd been almost sleeping only to be denied the opportunity. She was far too gone right then to care that she was wandering around in a pair of black boy shorts. Moving to the closet, she pulled out a t-shirt she'd stole from Clint ages ago when he'd first started playing for the Falcons. It had his name and number on the back, but that still hadn't stopped her from taking it. It was comically, really, as the sheer size difference had it hanging down mid thigh.
Crawling into bed, beneath the mountain of blankets she usually kept, she was lost from sight for a moment as she made room for Clint. Finally, her head popped out and she blinked at Clint. "Hurry up," she complained, "it's cold."
Meanwhile in the other room, Marcus hadn't moved from his spot on the chair, nor had his smug smirk left his lips. He was finding himself surprisingly entertained by the former Gryffindor, even more so when she leaned forward and pressed her lips to his. His smug smirk most certainly wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. "Sooner or later, Bell, I knew you'd give in," he taunted. It was likely not the place he should be snogging Katie Bell, but it was what it was.
After another heated kiss, Marcus pulled away with an infuriating smirk and said, "Now, now. You said no shagging. Bout time to get your drunk arse home, right?"
