Once again Bill wasn't home. He rarely went home these days. Everything at home seemed like a joke. He wasn't the same man that had moved into that house, wasn't the same man who married Fleur or had kids. Everything was different now. He came back from Peru early and instead of going home he went searching for a drink.
Walking into The Quaffle, Bill sat at the bar. He watched the exchange with the drunks and Alicia with a raised eyebrow. He wasn't the type to rush to her defense. Bill waited until she got back to the bar and flashed her a grin. "If it isn't my favorite Gryffindor barmaid," he teased.
