Lucy took her momentarily forgotten drink and walked with slightly swaying hips back to her table, pleased that he was willing to roll with the change of location. Though she knew he was following, she did look back once to smile at him before they found their new seats. "Monday's my day off, but I'm sure we can work something out."
At the table, she sat daintily, crossing her legs. The demeanor didn't match the outfit she was wearing, but she didn't feel like letting that stop her. Lou decided to try to slow down a little with her drink, so it sat on the table in front of her as she folded her hands.
She laughed. "Well, it sounds like you already knew the major sources of entertainment. If you want any other trouble, you have to make your own. The lake's nice when the weather clears. Local sports are popular." For all her complaints about the town, she did love to cheer for the home team. "I bet you're probably used to some place more interesting, huh?"
