"Maybe," he frowned, unconvinced, "I don't think the bouncers would let a dude like that into the Experience, though. They're pretty snooty."
Snooty just made their business boom, though. The exclusivity certainly promoted a certain atmosphere. Once he got a fingerhold in the casino, The Experience was next. Or maybe he ought to switch tact - Bastian had to know he'd screwed his assistant (or whoever she was) by now.
"No, she didn't report a thing, other than the fact that it happened on her property," Gus said, raising an eyebrow, "And it wasn't three patrons, either, because we don't have any local missing persons reports. Best I can figure, it was some out of towners, but who in Babylon would get pissed enough to kill three people and set fire to their car?"
He sighed and scratched just behind his ear.
"Doesn't make sense," he muttered, "Our best bet is that there are out of state missing persons that synch with the bodies. I've got a gut feeling its local, though, and I don't like it."
