Uncomfortable with the sudden interrogation brought on by random, still untitled seafarer, Kitty shifted away from the curious, strange person. In her own unusual way, the first mate had become much more a reliable and dependable captain than Delilah herself was. Alcohol and other intoxicants were not something she ever thought to splurge on, especially when she came from such a priviledged household. And so to have someone inquire as to her own state was something unexpected.
"I never drink." She said, even going so far as to hiss after saying so. "I think you're very rude. You don't answer my questions, but you want me to answer yours." Her eyes shifted again, towards Lenny and then away again, almost sadly. "I don't - oh!"
On the deck of the ship was a gold tooth, probably from one of the pirates who had, in some drunken stupor or a tussle, lost it. Moving much faster than someone would have guessed for such a lazy-eyed girl, Kitty was crouching down and picking up the tooth gently. Captivated, she cradled it for a few seconds before she stuck it in one of her pockets.
