Nico stood where he was, wishing that he would wake up. Seeing her, even in his dreams hurt. He watched as she took a couple of steps and then was full out running at him. "Lexi?" He got out right before she was crashing into him, her arms wrapping around him. Her words made him chuckle and he tightly wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close and praying like hell that this was really happening. He kept expecting to wake up any minute.
He didn't want to let her go, it had been years since he had seen his twin, his sister. She felt like home and he hadn't felt that since he had ran away to be with the pack. As she looked at the shadows behind him, he knew what she was looking for. "I'm alone, Lexi. No pack," he answered her. "I left them a few months ago. Huginn... he brought me here."
And just like that, just like he remembered her moods changed and he couldn't help the smile that sat upon his lips. He didn't even care that she was yelling at him, it felt that good. "I've..." There was so much, too much, to tell her where he had been. "I know, I know.." he said about leaving and giving a sigh as she fell to the ground.
"Lexi, I did what I thought I had to," he answered her as he squatted beside her, pulling her into his arms. "I missed you, I did, but I knew that if I wrote and told you where I was you'd come...looks like you came anyway," he gave a small chuckle. "I did what I did to protect you and dad," he paused as he thought about his father. "Dad, is he with you?"
