Lately, the woman here has taken to referring to herself as Meredith, and that will work as a name today.
Meredith-who-is-not-named-Meredith should probably react to the nexus with more shock, and to be truthful, she is shocked to find...this...instead of the room she was expected. She just won't allow that to show, and she's had time to practice her veneer of utter, unshakable calm. Besides, there is a certain logic to these things that fear doesn't serve well. She clears her throat, considering the sign.
"What do you imagine the means of your own death will be? Do you expect it soon, far in the future, or not at all?" This could be amusing, and productive as well. |
