Ororo stepped around to the front of her desk and leaned against it, her arms folded across her chest. "I would prefer it if the students went of their own accord." She held up her hand to stave off protest. "I don't believe that they all will, but I think that some will. And when those go others might. They have only been back a few days, Scott. Half of them are still in the infirmary and the other half do not quite believe they're home. You're right. Everyone needs a session or two with Ada or someone like her that they are comfortable with. But I think we should give it a few more days before we start scheduling sessions between classes."
She ran her hands up and down her arms to stave off the chill that hadn't seemed to have left since this entire mess began. Her poor children. She wished... wished... But that was useless. At least they'd gotten most of them home alright.
Scott's mention of his brother caught her attention and jerked it back from getting lost in her own thoughts again. Which was probably a good thing. "Alex is back? When did that happen?" And how preoccupied have I been that I didn't even notice?
