Additional Note: The costumes will take effect at midnight after the party. (RL time, Midnight on 10/13--tomorrow.) This will give people a chance to thread out a bit during the party in costume as themselves, then everyone will turn into what they dressed as tomorrow night at midnight. Parvati laid on one of the lounge chairs by the pool on the upper deck. The skies were cloud free and the sun's rays were beaming down on the deck, perfect weather for sunbathing. In her new suit, Vati lay with her eyes closed behind large white sunglasses, her hair pinned up off her neck. Her head lolling to the side as she drifted off in to a small nap, she hoped no one decided to go for a swim while she slept and splashed her with the pool water. She loved the beach and poolside, but absolutely hated swimming. There would most definitely be hell to pay if anyone got her wet.

( ...tried to look around the pub as if she was open and interested in talking to the people there. It was a drastic change in demeanor for her. Normally Romilda looked rather snobbish and cold, but today she was sort of smiling... )

The ballroom was done up in deep reds and whites. Seamus hadn't really cared what it looked like, really. As long as it was over the top and sure to draw a crowd, he didn't care. The party was set to start around eight, but Seamus had been at the club since five o'clock, instructing people to put things here and there.

The punch was spiked at the last minute. The potion caused the bright red punch to foam for a moment before it settled again. It was tasteless and orderless and Seamus had used this potion enough times to know the sort of effect it could bring to a party.

Once the music started going, Seamus moved to enjoy the party from near the stage. He always liked watching people interact with each other. It usually proved to be very amusing.
