Regulus was looking forward to his lunch with Narcissa more than he had his tea with his aunt, or seeing his father again. His Aunt might have proven to be unusually pleasant, but he hadn't really known that beforehand. And Regulus' relationship with his father was complicated enough that he was nervous about seeing him.
But Narcissa had always been kind to him. As she'd gotten older and more involved with her own life, they'd been less close and she'd spent less time doting on him - but she'd still always been kind, and a friendly face was welcome. At the age she was now, he'd been a good deal younger, and they'd been fairly close then.
He was prompt, as usual, and settled into a booth, waiting for Narcissa and then looking up and smiling when he saw her enter, standing politely to greet her. "Hello, Narcissa. It's good to see you, cousin."
