The Hall had been decorated to the nines, with beautiful false trees covered in orange, brown and yellow leaves. Cornucopias overflowing with autumn fruits, leaves and decorations adorned every table. Candles floated around the room, lighting the wonderful atmosphere, apart from the candleabras on the walls and tables. It was set up Buffet-Style, with free seating. There was a full bar at one end of the room, and a dancing platform far on the opposite side.

A table toward the entrance of the Hall had a small Christmas Tree on it, and a large banner that read "Sign up for the Secret Santa Gift Exchange!" The sign-up sheet was sitting next to the Christmas Tree, and a few pens, quills and ink pots surrounded it.
