Confused wasn't the half of it, but Scorpius bit back his frown and let Hugo tug him toward the door. He was willing to trust him up to the point where he was shoved out. "What in Mer–" he started to protest, but stopped mid-explosion when he saw what was on the door.
Hugo's name and below it, his own.
Temper deflating, Scorpius looked between the Hugo and the door before finally settling his gaze on Hugo. "You want to live with me?" Despite practically having done just that for well over the past month, there was a note of disbelief in his voice.
Overwhelmingly happy, Scorpius cupped Hugo's face in his hands and pulled him close for a kiss that was soft and tender, as if he was trying to pour all of his emotions into it.
