This was easier than it should have been, right? They had fallen into such an easy pattern of spending time together and doing their own thing. Marietta never felt smothered and she never felt neglected. It really should have been harder.
Sitting on his floor, Marietta began opening drawers and cleaning things up a bit. It was then she realised how boring and dull his room was. Well, she needed to change that. "I'm just going to move some things around," she called over the water and began to go to work. First the room simply needed to be bigger. With the amount of clothing and books she had, Marietta had become an expert at charms aimed to make places appear larger. The real question was how to enlarge the room without making it one big square.
The bedroom should be separate, she decided. A few flicks of her wand and the bed and dresser were moved together in a room which Mari made sure was large enough so they never felt cramped. She made a mental note to change the bed later. His was bland and dull. And now when you walked into his room you only saw a living area, rather than a bedroom. She moved the table and desk around, added a second chair and decided that was enough.
